Over the weekend, me and the roomies took a much needed mini vacay to Wrightsville Beach, NC. It was so nice to get away from Greenville and the pressures of school. We did a little shopping after hitting up the beach and found this little perfection Hallelu. I walked out of that store thinking that someone specifically designed it for me. I wanted one of everything. So, naturally, once I got home I did a little research and found they have an online store, shophallelu.com. With a blog! Niiice. I drank entirely way too much coffee this morning. I'm doing everything in fast forward. Including this blog post right now. It feels rushed and sloppy but who am I to censor creative flow? I just did some major online window shopping and these are all the items I'm coveting. I just bought this camel colored dress from Forever 21 to wear around to all my friends graduation parties. But now I'm wishing I had that bathing suit top instead. If I had a big girl job right now this is where my money would be going. I'm on the right track with an internship I got this summer with an online clothing boutique. Lots more posts on that to come!

She's HOW OLD?!?!

Let me rephrase that: this chick, whose resume consists of appearing in French Vogue...yeah, you heard right, VOGUE...is how old??? Sorry, I don't mean to leave you in anticipation. She's 10! Crowned the "next big thing in fashion", this French model, Thylane Blondeau, is only 10 years old. Google her name. Go on, Google it. She has a Facebook page and loads of Tumblr accounts dedicated to her. But why not, this girl is gorgeous. Her parents hit the gene pool jackpot. (Her dad's a pro soccer player and her mom's a fashion designer. So basically, even if she wasn't already a supermodel, she would still have it made.) She's like a mix of Gisele with Angelina Jolie lips. I can't contain my jealousy. But she's been involved in some Toddlers and Tiaras-esque controversy lately with some risque ad pics. And Marc Jacobs got some flack for using 14-year-old models in his recent NYFW show. So how young is too young to get these girls all glammed up and in front of a camera?

Friendship Bracelets

Friendship bracelets have awoken from the elementary school grave. Yeah, I thought these babies were long gone, too. Not that I'm not happy about their comeback. Give me anything and everything to throw on my arm party. These bracelets really stand out to me because half of us already know how to do them from countless hours of braiding and DIYing. You can make them in any style and any color that fits what you're trying to go for. Get creative! If you're not a DIYer, I've found these online anywhere from $60 (a little too high end for me..they're just pieces of yarn) to cheaper finds on sites like Etsy.com-a GREAT place for everything handmade. Throw a thousand of them on at once, and you're basically on trend. Easy peasy.

Coachella

I cannot tell you how much I'm dying to go to Coachella. It's on my bucket list with all the other things I'll probably never get around to doing. Every year around the same time the Coachella blog posts/style inspo starts peeking its nasty head around the corner. And I'm like, "Whyyyyy? Why am I not one of the lucky ones?" The best I can do is sit here at my laptop and post about what I would wear if I went. Hmph, pathetic. Here's to self pity.
